The Residence

Ocean Heights unfolds across four levels. The first, second and third floors form the main villa, while the lowest ground-floor level is a separate self-contained apartment. Each level makes its own connection to the sea and to the relaxed rhythm of the residence.

THE RESIDENCE / FOUR LEVELS

A Residence Shaped by the Sea

FIRST FLOOR

Three en-suite bedrooms are arranged around a central lounge. Two open onto a private covered terrace, from which guests can make their way toward the beach.

SECOND FLOOR

The principal living and entertaining level brings together a large dining room, spacious living area and modern full kitchen. An extensive covered patio and outdoor dining area extend the gathering spaces toward exceptional ocean views. Large windows in the dining and kitchen areas frame the Caribbean Sea.

THIRD FLOOR / THE SAND DOLLAR ROOM

The Sand Dollar Room

The third floor centres on the principal suite, with a walk-in closet, dressing area and en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub and separate shower. A small private study or lounge area adds a quiet place to retreat. An additional small room on this level contains a single bed; it does not have its own bathroom.

LOWEST LEVEL

The Private Apartment

At the lowest ground-floor level, a separate self-contained apartment offers useful additional accommodation for larger groups. It includes a kitchenette, twin bedroom, single bedroom, wardrobe and storage, and bathroom facilities, while remaining part of the Ocean Heights residence.
