This sophisticated eight-bedroom vacation estate offers a private poolside escape to its guests along with a guest cottage. The villa spans over nearly two acres of gently rolling land, revealing stunning island views as it occupies a rare ridge-front lot within the exclusive Sugar Hill Community.

The perfect tropical place to unwind. The sunsets right on the ocean are one of a kind. Super nice to go straight from the house right into the water for a swim. The hot tub with the ocean view was nice for my wife who doesn’t like the open water. There’s a beach club not far from the villa that you can swim to if you’re brave enough.
